Good planting weather for perennials
A perennial is a plant that will over-winter here and return
to lift it's head out of the soil as the spring rains warm the
ground. Here are some pictures of some beautiful, classic
perennials.
Perennials are like someone bringing you a bouquet of flowers. If you plan your garden right, you can receive a different gift every week. I love walking out to my gardens and finding a new flower has opened and is flowering happily.
With the moisture this year, anytime is a good time to plant. The plants can have time to get rooted in nicely before cool weather sets in.
Plant a perennial today!
